Due to each order being custom made, we are unable to accept cancellations once we have started to process your order.
Box dimensions are stated in each product description. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for the wrong box size, shape or colour being chosen. This also applies to the wrong rose colour(s) being chosen. If you require any changes once your order has been placed, please contact us within 2 hours.
For enquiries regarding bespoke arrangements or to request a mix of rose colours, please contact us directly via email at info@luxurybloomcollection.com. Please note, when choosing to mix rose colours, darker roses may stain lighter roses. Please be mindful of this when placing your order.
